| 03/05/2012 | Before I moved in the staff was great, polite, smiling, and helpful! Immediately after I signed my lease though, things changed. I complained three times that I had NO hot water, I couldn't even shower in my own apartment! They sent someone to "fix" it twice, and still nothing changed, then they told me that I would have to pay for a new water heater MYSELF. I had someone else fix it instead.
