Best Apartement Complex in Cheney - I've been a resident of Rock Springs for 2 1/2 years now. No complaints whatsoever! Management is great, whenever I have a need/request they always take care of it. Haven't had to move out or look at any others because I know other complexes wouldn't be able to compete with Rock Springs. Eh Overall not a bad place to live. The only real negative is the manager is a little creepy. He would always offer to take me behind the furnace and touch me in the pants. I would recommend the grove if you enjoy being touched in the pants.

Grateful Airmen Love living in Rock Springs. A real sense of community here. I would have to say the best apartments in Cheney. Great location for shopping, coffee shops, video, barber what ever you need. Management has been great. Cookouts for the complex are one way she makes this

I don't know why people have had so many problems here. This will be my second year living here and I couldn't imagine living any where else in Cheney. Management is extremely nice and helpful. Yes, parking can be bad but if that is your only complaint than you could be a lot worse

Never Rent Here!!!!!!!! I lived here for a year and it was horrible. The gym is only open during office hours. You could hear everything your neighbors were doing. The manager is totally creepy. The rent is extremely high for what you get. I would not reccomend this apartment complex to anyone.
