This apartment communities appears harmless but don't be fooled. The office staff is nearly brainless and downright rude. The apartments are very nice but not worth the high end rent for how far out of town they are. If you do move in don't sign a long lease it'll be the longest 12 months of your life. If any of the fixtures break expect to pay for them. The covered parking costs you a premium and you have to walk a long ways to your apartments. If you're cheap and don't pay for parking, good luck parking in the complex. Most of the apartments are 200 feet from Highway 18 and the cars roar day and night. My neighbors were loud and threw trash all over the stairs, the manager did nothing for 12 full months. Thank god I got out of there. Please learn from this FORMER tenant's experience.
