My god am I glad to be out of this hell hole. Every possible thing in my apartment broke including the walls and the floor. My paint chipped off, the carpet fell apart, my cabinet doors sagged and fell off. I was charged for everything when I moved out, 800 dollars! I kept my place absurdly clean. They just use cheap materials. Everytime I turned in a report to fix something Aimee just scoffed at me. That lady is so rude! Somebody in the building has pets because my apartment was full of fleas and I even found a cockroach, can they even survive in Washington' I took it all up with the owner of the community but he's more of a crook than Aimee. They took my deposit plus 800 dollars. They threatened my credit rating if I didn't pay. The killer is you pay so much for rent and expect to have a nice, quiet place. Adagio is anything but nice, most of the apartments are right on Hwy. 18. About weekly there is an accident there, with sirens waking you up all night. My car was vandalized twice in 6 months, once a broken window and all my CD's stolen and a second time with spray paint, on my brand new BMW!!!! If you must stay there pay the extra 100 dollars and get a garage. This has been my worst rental experience by far. I would not recommend this place. qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai
