I lived here for about 9 months when they first opened. The manager was very sweet, it was my first time moving into an apartment and she was very helpful. I felt safe living there and the area was kept clean.
Now for the negative stuff. I probably had one of the most disrespectful neighbors living upstairs from us. We had a newborn baby at the time and the person above was a single father w/ two devel girls. He left them alone ALL the time so they took turns running from the 3rd floor down to the street and back again and this went on ALL DAY. The walls are paper thin so my picture frams fell off a few times. You can hear everything. I complained many times and not one thing happened. I tried to move apartments, but they avoided the subject. I also got my tires slashed one night because there were people partying all night, hanging out on the sreets.
Also the workout room is VERY small, you couldnt fit more than 5 people IF THAT! The thing that made me the most upset with this place, is when i moved out, we cleaned top to bottom the entire place. We were the first people to live it in (and i dont recommend that to anyone) because when we moved out, they charged us a few hundred dollars because we didnt clean out the bottom of the stove good enough. You know what i mean, the part you can lift up. We cleaned it but i guess there were a few crumbs in the far back corners. Whops. I guess i suggest to not eat in this place cuz they'll charge you for it!
