Since I have lived at this place, there have been cops, helicoptor cops, police dogs. At all hours of the night. Kids running wild the even pull the BB gun and shot people. They used to have nice funiture by the pool but have taken it away cause people were throwing it in the pool and destroying it. They told us that we were ok doing pro-rated until we were able to move into our house that we bought, and then one day before when we went to pay for the days that we were going to stay they said that they let the other tenant move in early and we had to be out the next day. The managers are really rude if you catch them on the wrong day and they never write things down so when you go in to talk to them again they have no idea what you are talking about. Also we have gotten so many door dings because people park in our spots when we are not there and since the parking spots are so small they slam their door in to the other car. Also the walls are so thin that we have actually heard our neighbors sing Happy Birthday. Along with many other things! Also they OVER CHARGE!!! Do not live here or even look at this place! i live there now, and im curious what building these breakins were. my borfriend noticed that our door as been knowcked in but the appt poeople have tried to hide it.and our door has massive dents.
