High Rent

Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2000
 
Location good. New management extremely poor (CTL management if far much better). Not rational in handling tenant's complaint. Insulation regarding noise is very poor. Becoming to be a very unsafe place to live. Poorly lit parking and some deteriorating covered parking area.
