Management company is horrible

Years at this apartment: 2001-01-01 - 2001-01-01
 

residents are friendly but nothing ever seems to get done management company will never fix anything waited for garbage disposal to come in for 2 weeks
Manager left a couple weeks ago ever since NOTHING gets fix in the complex the cabana has been closed for about 3 months
I am leaving at the end of the month
