Ive lived in the bay club for 2 years and Im about to sign a lease for another. Its not the best and definatly not the worse appartments. when i first moved in in 2007 i was much more impressed, but in 2008 i think they changed management and started to allow section 8 to move in. it kinda went down hill, but like i said, there is MUCH worse.. ecspecially along pac highway. our appartment is pretty on the inside and out and most neighbers are quite and nice. the pool is only open for like 2 months out of the year and the hot tub has been "getting repaired" for 2 years... the outbox on the mail boxes wasnt there for like a year so i had to send all my mail from work and the gym is tiny... with 1-2 working peices of equitment at a time. there have been times when theres always people in the office and then no one will be there (everytime i check) for a week, but when they are there they are nice and helpful. On, the good side, the rent is one of the cheapest and the appartments are not as small as some others they have a dinning room and w/d. the grounds are kept nice (like the grass being mowed and such) they allow bigger dogs. we have never had a problem with parking or feeling unsafe. the bus route is very close. i havent had any maintanace problems, but the one time i lost my key they drove over and let me in right away. so sorry its so lenghty review! hope someone finds it helpful :)
