Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2009
Because of a layoff, I had to break my lease. Julie was very kind and understanding, and walked me through what I needed to do. She provided me the forms and explained everything. I hated to leave! Mike really takes great care of the grounds and they both have a smile for anyone who comes around. Many thanks to Chelsea by the Bay staff! When things get better, I will be back.
