I have lived here for a total of 8 months and am not pleased. Mainly because of the location if you have tmobile beware you will have to put your phone right next to the windown to get reception also if you have clearwire beware bad reception as well. This apartment gets so many bugs and the ventilation is horrible it is always breezy in the apartment. My sliding glass door has broken several times and the maintenance man has came to fix it but does a horrible job. The painting job on the walls is so bad that i decided to repaint it myself. I have no problem with the management they are very friendly.
