I have had nothing but a bad experience living here. I've lived here for quite a while and unfortunately cannot afford to move. The person who wrote this is 100% correct about everything said. Ever sine the new management has taken over things have spiraled downhill extremely quick. For instance. The complete make-over of the cabana was completely un-necessary. That money should have been use to fix problems in units. Not to fix an office and put brand-new office furniture in for the new landlord who is a mean-spirited vindictive woman who likes to threaten resident soley because they comlain about problems including maintenance issues and resident issues. The hot tub has not been fixed since the earth quake and will never be fixed yet is is advertised in the apartments for rent mag and ither web sites. This is just a horrible property to live in. Stay clear. Of pinnacle management too. They care nothing about their residents. Only the money coming in.
