Good place to live but management suck

I live there for 6 months.
nice quiet place but management never care if something needed to be fix. We had a lot of spiders and other problems but they were never fixed. They only care about money coming in. I saw lots of Rats outside the apartments but i think this is normal because is close to the marina. Other than that is a nice place to live.
