Manager is cool, but owner is in it for the money

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
 
Initially we had to go to the city in order for them to perform the correct maintenance. When they finally came to do the job right, they were not happy about it.
Luckily, management has changed since then.
Unfortunately, the owner has not.
The name was changed from the original name
of the complex but records can be obtained
through the court clerk of king county for the
address to see the past criminal history.
