I have lived in several appartments in the Seattle area and this has by far been the worst renting experience I have ever had. In less than 6 months I have witnessed RAT infestation, rotted water pipes that flood into other units, drug dealers living on the property, and have had to call the police several times for noise complaints. The management is rude, incompetent, and unconcerned about the current residents that live there or any of their problems. There is often garbage lying around on the property and overflowing dumpsters. Adding a new playground and slapping a fresh coat of paint on a decaying community does not make it liveable or acceptable.
