This place is awful, I would never want to live there again. We had mold growing in various places but it's the worst in the bathroom. Aparently the tenants above us had a crack in their bathtub and decided to continue using it and not tell anyone! The best part was...HE WAS PART OF THE MAINTENANCE TEAM!!!

We also had a mouse take up residence in our apartment for about a week, but luckily once it was caught the problem seems to have passed.

Another plus is the building we were in IS SINKING! Because of this, our door to our patio must be lifted to be locked and doesn't sit flat in its tracks. Because of this gap under the door, I could smell it whenever our neighbors were out for a smoke break, which was often, and the apartment was absolutely impossible to heat. Also, our door to the second bedroom now only closes if you put all your weight into it to fit it into the door frame.

Lastly, the property manager and other office lady's are never ever ever in the office. I literaly had to come back every 10-15 minutes FOR HOURS to get to talk to somebody. They were nice enough once you could locate one of them, but overall lazy and unhelpful.

Now rent has gone up over $100 a month, but I wouldn't have stayed here if they cut my rent in half.
