I lived there for 5 years it was called breakwater apartments then changed to crystalbay apartments. i would never recommend these apartments to anyone!we wrote out 30 day notcie spoke to the management numerous times about moving out. after we moved they sewed us for no 30 day notice and that we never turned in our keys! We gave the keys to the office manager. so we faught it after 6 years of paying rent on time had to deal with a bunch of idiots! DO NOT MOVE THERE! THE LAUNDRY ROOM IS DISGUSTING PEOPLE PUT POOP IN DRYERS AND WASHERMACHINES! WE HAD MAJOR MOLD TOO THAT THEY HAD US TAKE CARE OF ON A MONTHLY BASIS CAUSE THEY SAID IT WAS NOT THEIR PROBLEM.
