I moved into my apartment in 2004 b/c the price was right & the community was well taken care of. The Manager & her husband are really great & take pride in their community. I'd had few problems here & any I've had were squashed quickly by management. One of the owners, even came out around the holidays to bring champagne & ask us about our experience. My car got broken into recently, but that happens in every apt community at one time or another. The location is really great too; close to everything you need. The courtyard is quaint & there's a pool, oh & you don't have to fight for parking either!
