The owner sold these apartments a couple months ago. The managers that were mentioned before are gone. They are currently kicking out all the people that live here and only giving them a 20 day notice so that they can remodel and raise rent prices. There is still the HUGE mold problem. We have had problems with the new maintence staff. Something broke in our shower which left the hot water running at almost full blast and it took them over 24 hours to come fix it so we were with out hot water and forking up the energy bill for hot water to be running the whole time. Also, they were supposed to come on a Tuesday to fix the garbage disposal that stoped working and never came. (We have dogs that have to be locked up) and instead tried to come on Wednesday when our dogs were out and when we talked to the guy to tell him to not go in our apt, he thought is was Tuesday and it was a day later. Even with the new remoldeling that is taking place, the outside of the place is FILTHY and it looks like crap. I'm embarrased when people come over just from the outside appearance of the place. They are also way overcharging for the new rent prices for such a ------ place to live.
