I lived here for 7 years. The price was right and I had lots of space. Since the new company I've seen them make improvements to the outside. The new paint job is UGLY and the workers are slobs. The parking lot has trash every where and never seems to get picked up. At least the people before had pride and cared about the folks that lived there with them. These new people could care less. Good luck getting them to answer the phone and don't bet your rent that they will call you back. Parking sucks most nights I parked on the street along with many others. I paid 660 for my moldy 2 bdr what makes them think its worth 935 plus pay w/s/g. I m glad more people moved out I wish everyone would. It's over price for no w/d. I'll never rent from conam again.
