Des Moines Hills Apartments

HELL NO!!! Do Not Move here!!! From: lamaravilla07 Date posted: 8/16/2008 Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008 1 response   I moved in June of 08 and had 2 cars now I have no car!!! I got my truck towed and My campact car broken inton 2 times and FINALLY it was stolen!!! I asked my self where the hell was SECURITY!!! it was broken into the same times and other cars were broken into as well!!! There is no such thing as safety here... At night i walked my dog and i saw a drug deal going on. I also saw a resident with prostitutes... there are residents that are loud and obnoxious. The apartment is way over priced for not having a Washer Dryer in them and the Laundry Facility is in the Basement (not SAFE)... I have spoken with conam and security andf have police reports and yet i can't move out!!! I am preventing anyone to move here!!! they r losing business!!! The workers are perverts!!!! I bought a new car and that same day it was broken into. I witnessed the people stealing from my car. Thank god my dog nedded to go to bathrrom or else it would be gone.... listen to the BAD reviews they have a reason why they are writing it....
