Des Moines Pl Apartment

Not the safest place From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/6/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   I lived there for a year and was disgusted at what I'd see on a daily basis. If you're looking for that project feel, then this is your place. Cars were stolen on a weekly basis. Loud music with drunks out playing dominos anytime of day. The staff was timid when asked to deal with problem residents.
