Horrible place to live. Very noisy...lots of immigrants. I have heard gunshots several times in my 1.5 years here. The plumbing has backed up several times. The manager doesn't seem to care about any of this. Neighbors blast music at all hours. Children bang on walls and scream frequently. I am quite certain that a drug dealer inhabits the apartment next to mine. People come and go all day and night...have never seen anyone actually go to work.

I'm sorry to hear that. Sounds like the place has gone downhill more than ever. We lived there in 2001-02 and it wasn't so bad, but that area seems to be getting worse and living right off of Kent/Desmoines Rd. is horrible now.The problem with affordable apartments now is that you can get "less than desirable" people living there. YUCK!!!
