Apartment manager is never in and expects tenants to pay rent through money order and put it in the cabanna drop box which can come up missing and if it does you still have to pay rent even if there was proof of the money order. manager will duck and dodge you until the sixth of the month so you will end up paying the fifty dollar late fee. Which I suspect goes in the managers pocket. The manager and her husband have three cars one with personalized plates all off of a salary of an apartment manager' They also have there kids cleaning up the premises. They hold bible study in the cabanna where they baptise people in the jacuzzi!!!! Those who don't attend the bible study will be harassed with fliers and when the manager finally gets the message that you will not be attending the bible study she gets tenants who have been here long or tenants who attend church and bible study to spy on you. I have had a neighbor take a picture of the inside of my apartment and give it to my fiance!!!! When all is said and done she'll evict you for standing up for your rights as a tenant. Please do not put yourself through it.

I use to live there,I had problems with the managers,that was is awful,they have been there now 13 years,now.I know you will never know who the property owner is.I can't beleive that I lived there for almost 4 years.The cabana was always being used by,"their crew"and the bible studies,the cabana/office seened to always be locked,and there was a cabana hosts or cabana hostess,you were never allowed a key to the cabana.The maintenance,always seemed "so"scary to us,we beleive he was the "peeping"Tom that was never caught.He-would be outside after 11.00pm cleaning up garbage-lol-then when we moved there,I would see shadows in my window,and when I came to my back glass door(we lived in a townhouse in the back)I saw a shadow,and saw finger prints on the glass door,yes-I called the police.I know it was him,and others there had the same problem.If-you go on vacation,don't let them or your neighbors know,because most of the apt-breakins that would happen was the managers,they were the ones with the "master key"to your apt.ALWAYS THE APARTMENT BREAKINS WERE NOT FORCED,THEY WERE USED WITH A KEY,SO THE MANAGERS WERE THE CAUSE FOR THEM.So-be careful,they are not to be trusted,they will hide behind"GOD"and they should repent because they really need forgiveness,lol-GOOD LUCK........
