I rented a townhome from here.I had a beautiful 2 bedroom with washer dryer in the unit with a woodburning fireplace and built in bookcase. BEAUTIFUL. I paid my rent on time I kept my place clean and was mindful of being considerate to this place and others.

If I had a problem with anything, all I had to do is call and the same or next day someone would be out to fix what needed to be fixed.

I have rented the cabana and was charged a small fee. The manager, who also uses the cabana for her church functions also charges the same fee to her church. She has to, it is only fair and I asked.

---- is the manager and has to answer to her boss(the owner of the complex). She is able to take of errands for the apartments and her family . This is fortunate for her and her family. Her boss will not allow her to get an assistant which is what she really needs. For what she is allowed to do.. she is doing the best she can with what resources she has..

Because of problems with theft from previous tenants and people off the street, that limited the times when the cabana could be openned. This would be my only complaint. I couldn't use the work-out room, the jacuzzi or the sauna, because of my schedule.
