I lived in Garden Villa for six months, and it was the worst experience in my life! After we moved in, (because we were sucked in by the space, and good price) we shortly realized that the dishwasher doesnt work, the cabinets dont stay close, you can hear the upstairs neighbors walk on their floor, you feel a DECLINE in the flooring when you walk, in my bathroom, you couldnt use the hot water because it would make a LOUD banging noise, like the pipes were going to burst out of the wall, the kitchen sink leaks, and whats worse, is the fact that at 5 in the morning we had a crazied out man bang our door in with a metal baseball bat, threating to kill us,when he had the wrong apartment, what did the management staff do they simply said, "oh dont worry, these things happen all the time" so if you want to live in a place where, break ins and broken things reside live here.
