Garden Villa is a disgusting place to live. Mold, fleas, drug dealing in the parking lot, latch key kids running everywhere. I lived there for 6 months and they were the worst of my life. This place gives a whole new meaning to ghetto. Its a joke. Every month that I dropped off rent there I felt like kicking myslef in the butt. Why pay for nasty capets, poor piping, and bugs' They should be paying people to live there not the other way around! The place Im in now is less rent and A LOT nicer, then again...anythings better than this place. YUCK!
