This complex is way over priced. The buildings are run down. In the last 10 months I have had my car hit by one of the tenits. Our vehicle has been broken into 2 times. The neighbor kids used to throw things at our windows. The newly "renovated" apt (which ment that the walls had been repainted) was filthy when we moved in, so we had to clean it. The only good thing about the complex is the assistant manager. She's awesome. The cops visit the complex regularly.
