These apartments are by far the worst ever. I came home and two girls were fist fighting in front of my apartment.I've seen other fights too.I've been stalked by a hispanic male here.My next door neighbors had a fake ID ring and one of the roomates stabbed the other roommate,nearly killing him. The police told me of he dies from the knife wound a crime scene will be set up next door.

Everyone takes your parking spot so you are forced to park in 24 hour parking even while you pay rent. My tire was slashed on my car. The apartment managers do the least possible and let the tenants suffer abuse. The police do little to protect tenants here. I can hear my neighbors having sex outside on there deck.

It's gross.

I have to wait until my lease is up so I'm in bondage to these apartments for 3 more months. This is a dangerouse apartment complex to live in.

My old apartment manager was killed by her boyfreind.

By far the managers here don't care about thre tenants or doing right by them.They do want there money though.

The gutters are falling off of the buildings.

If you have a choice stay away from Garden Villa Apartments.
