I have had so many problems and the management staff won't help. They have two maintenance guys but only one of them know how to do anything. Poor guy is great but has no days off because this place is falling apart. In 6 months times I have had my bathroom ceiling crack open and flood from the pluming in the tub above me not being hooked up properly. I have had a broken water heater which also flooded and ruined many things and molded the walls (which they made me clean). I had a friends motorcycle gear (pants and jacket) that I'm not sure I can even clean due to the mold. I had a mouse infestation (which the assistant manager accused me of bringing them in by asking me if I keep food under my kitchen sink). I came home from work one day to turn my kitchen light on and it oddly cast a dark yellow light. After I took the fixture down, I noticed that there was 2 inches of water in it. Great, water leaking from the light fixture. I'm not sure they know this but electricity and water don't mix. So I went without a kitchen light for at least 4 days. And to top it off, a pipe broke, so I had a river of disgusting water (it was the whole buildings sink pipe with disposal waste in it), coming out of a hole in the wall under my kitchen sink. Not to mention I have been sick and coughing for at least 2 1/2 months from what I can only assume is the result of being exposed to mold. It's simply not safe for me and my dog to live here. Parking is a joke. Don t have friends over, there is no parking for them. All available spaces are taken by run down, not working vehicles. Its always cold, heaters don t go above 60 and all the windows let tons of air in. You can hear you neighbors do everything. Including their morning pee and extra curricular activities. Even at time of move in, carpets were overly stained with what could only have been a dog the size of a small horse, pee stains. Management has also said, and I quote, "When you work in the apartment business, you can't have morals." If you see this apartment, keep on going!
