Harbor Gate Apartments

Owner is Manager and is a Dullard From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/24/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   The owner says he addresses noise problems, but any effort he makes seems ineffective & appear to be no more than a figment of his imagination. He currently claims his former manager never revealed issues to him because "I Don't tell you everything!" and that he was unaware of numerous letters of complaint about the managers sibling also living in apartment. This on-site manager has been gone for 6 months and apparently will not be replaced. I would not recommend this apartment in any way until it is under new ownership. Which it may be soon as the one thing he has done is make a 6 month job out of painting the apartment. The rent is cheap, and there is a reason for that. - Soon to be former tenant
