These apartments are beautiful. Too bad the area isn't. My unit was beautiful - designer kitchen, stacked washer/dryer, huge bathroom and master bedroom w/ walk in closet, and adequate 2nd bedroom. The price was reasonable too. But, I soon found that no matter how clean I am, the neighbors have their own standards. And roaches soon even look for greener pastures. I have never seen roaches except for at the zoo, and this place had them when I lived there in 1999. My cousin also lived there, and they not only saw roaches, but also they had a late night visitor of the human race that tried to enter through the bedroom window. Hope that helps to base your decision. Who knows, maybe it's been cleaned up now. But, if the whole neighborhood is not cleaned up, then... you know.
