Disaster management team, scary neighbors

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001
This place had just cleansed itself of 40% of the tenants for violence and drug activity before I moved in July 2000. Tons of kids outside constantly, poor upkeep, management is truly horrible. Big rent increases. They try to "pull one over" on tenants often.
Positive: Near downtown Des moines, big 3 bedrooms, fireplaces & sunrooms, ample parking, near park&ride. mgFDbN4-dhkSMZ7zRmVH
