Neighbors that don't care. Has gone from an okay place to a section 8 subdivision. Children lighting the bushes/trees on fire. Our toilets overflowed every time they were flushed, people parking anywhere they wanted, blocking your cars and then giving you huge attitudes when you tried to get them to move. They fired a manager who was enforcing rules and brought in 2 teenagers to run the place. Kept raising rent even when things got worse. Drug dealers and prostitutes, not the kind of neighbors I wanted. Parties in the parking area till 2 am most nights.
