My experience here was a nightmare....



nothing ever got fix or managed. Manager turn over was three to four during my two year stay. my rent was raised twice even when my lease was not honored. This is a family style living so there are a lot of kids didn?t bother me at all I love kids. Maintenace and management was a joke. Work order took over two months and when they do come and try to fix anything they did half a job and then promise to come back and it took another two months. :( pain lots of pain.







the exercise room is out dated and no one uses it. the pool and basket ball court is so small not worth using. parking was good.



lighting wasn?t My area was out of carport lighting for over 6 months and a friend one night fell and hurt her knee. Our bath was never properly functioning of the two years living here. we also had 5 flood in both bathroom and thru our kichen light coming from out tub.....eekkkkk



never had hot water just luke warm. One summer we were out of a shower and bath for over a month. we had to sponge it :(. Moving out was easy one reason we could not move sooner due to money. Not easy to move a large family. if you know what I mean. :)



so please don?t waste you hard earned money.

I have about 10 associates that I met there too, with simular problems. And a few that have already moved on.
