way way over priced ...240k for our apt, anyone would be have to be blind to move in here... the whole thing just seems unfair.. I dunno, is this how a conversion to condos goes...put down earnest money then move out for 2 months''' I found out the intrest rate on condo financing is more...there just insnt enough here for most sane people to live here .. plus its in a rotten part of town..and small kids are out of control most nights let alone the crack heads ... you think a gate is going to fix that. I think this property will be micromanaged to death and make people wish they didnt buy ...garbage situation is a joke, one word. rats ... overall onwership has stars in thier eyes

this just in... the work being done is by non professional carpenters and laborers..non english speaking also and might be illegal aliens..its the only way this outfit could afford this
