Highland Village Townhomes is full of unruly kids, and rude tenants. The kids run around all day screaming, and often play around the cars. We have asked them not play around our cars, but they back talk us and ignore us. On one occasion a group of kids threw a large, grapefuit-sized rock at our window. Thankfully it missed, and smacked the wall. The kids across the hall from us like to open their door and throw a basketball aganist our own.

Tenants routinely drive through the parking lot with music cranked up so high you cant hear the TV 6 feet in front of you. The police are in the complex once a week for god knows what(probably drugs). Now the apartments are being turned into condos. We were offered to buy our apartment for a price of $220,000 dollars. Whoever came up with that price was probably using whatever substances the police were in here looking for.
