	The place was OK before the building was sold. The new owners jacked up the rent and let the place fall apart. Don't even bother viewing an apartment, they are extremely small and way over priced

	keep looking, owners never up keep the building, never see anyone cleaning the grounds, no on site manager, to much noise.

	Holly Creek can be a pretty decent place to live for a short time. Parking is easy (although this is a high-theft area), lots of big windows, and decks for each apartment. Maintenance responds to your requests rather quickly. However, ... more
