The apartment was great...big, split-level, BIG decks. Neighbors were nasty. We had 3 college guys living next to us, and the parties and noise were bad enough, but to add, they left their garbage out on the deck for WEEKS! Management was slow to act.

Each floor has a trash chute at the end of the hallway, but the other tenants were too lazy or stupid to figure out HOW to use it. Result: They either broke the chute door, or dumped their trash in the hall outside the chute.

The first day when moving in, we rode the elevator up with 2 police officers there to arrest a tenant for breaking into cars in the basement parking lot. They said, "Welcome to the 'hood. We come here at least once a day."

Great.
