I have been a resident for just over 2 years. The new management came in and started making changes. The new hallway carpet is great. They were able to get recycling which the first manager said we couldn't get. The maintenance staff is friendly and helpful when doing work orders. I did have a leak from the roof and they did dry out the carpet and then had my whole apartment carpet cleaned for me. The trash outside has been overflowing but since the recycling it has not been so bad.

I think I will stay a while as thing keep getting better.
