I have lived here for just over a year and have found the new management very pleasant and responsive. As I understand it, this team has had an uphill battle. They have been working very hard to keep good tenants and let the others move on. The secure parking garage is great to escape summer heat as well as winter frost (yeah, no scraping!). The floorplans are spacious and suite my every need. Additionally, the concrete walls and floors help significantly with noise reduction. Pretty darn quiet for the most part.
