The apartments are good sized but not nearly worth all the rent increases (almost $300/month increase over 2 years).
Parking is supposedly safe down in the garage, but 14 cars got broken into the day after Christmas and the building security cameras mysteriously didn't catch anything, even though the guy smashed open the keybox outside and stole a key to the building then walked right in like he owned the place. Cars that are parked out in front of the building get stolen on a daily basis. One block up from here is where all the drug dealers hang out on the corner, not safe AT ALL.
Also, the building maintence guys will enter your apartment when you're not home whenever they feel like it. I had to install a camera pointed at the door to deter them from continuing to enter whenever they wanted. Every other month at 3am the building fire alarm goes off and it's the kind that can only be shut off by the fire department, every time it has been a false alarm, people pulling the fire alarm because they think it's funny! Stay away, this place is bad news.

And you are still there.....Why? if it really was as bad as you say why don't you just move out? Obviously you are just mad about something and thought this would be a way to get even when really you just look childish, i called the police dept to verify your information and you don't have your facts straight. Even the police dept said it was a nice place to be. Maybe you should just move out that way I can move in because it is a nice place and reasonably priced.

Actually, we DID move out, so you go right ahead and move in there and have your apartment broken into by maintenance every day. Also, I'm sure if you did indeed call the police department they told you about the break-ins. Do your research and you will find that all of my accounts are true, and that the biggest drug bust in ALL OF SEATTLE HISTORY happened right across the street and all those dealers are back in full force again not even a year after the bust. We moved out of state and couldn't be happier. If you do move in, have fun in your overpriced "condo" with NO privacy and LOTS of crime. If you don't mind getting your car stolen once a month then I'm sure you'll be very happy.
