My wife and I are just completing a 11 month lease at Majestic Bay. We are going to renew for another 11 month term. We have experienced managerial changes at least twice. The current manager is very nice and really is thoughtful and fun-loving. She has successfully put together celebrations (Meet your neighbor & staff, Christmas and Easter) for tenants. The maintenance staff is top-notch in my opinion and they are all diligent, hard working persons. We had to get minor repairs done on several occasions and ALL were performed within reasonable time. We have never had any staff enter our apartment without advance notice...EVER! A note: tenants are expected to respect others, which is not too much to expect. Parking violators and you know who you are, get ample warning & eventual tow if persistent. Speeders...if I see you exceeding a reasonable speed, I will report you. There are always children present and we have to protect them as well as ourselves. Even the surrounding area is safe to walk, and the evening as well.

If the maintenance staff is the same as it was a year ago, they have been in your apartment without your knowledge. I GUARANTEE it.
