I stayed at that apartment community for 6 months, and wished I did not even set foot in it. Not only did the management NOT try to resolve our complaints of excessive noise during the nightime (excessive jumping around, to a point that the walls were shaking, my picture frames falling from the walls, children are screaming and during the summer are running outside at 2-3 A.M. screaming, laughing as if it were daytime, excessive swearing by young adults acting like 3 years old), but when my brand new truck got keyed, they refused to even acknowledge it, saying instead, it was an "accident" (it was such a coincidental accident, that the ttruck was keyed all the way around it).

Moreoever, a couple of letters were written, but all in all, the management does not seem to care that some of their renters are violating other renters' rights (to a peaceful night). Music was played very late at night as well, the cops were called a few times. But the fact that these problems still continued, it was obvious that the management did not care to have good tenants stay, but would rather have a large quantity of tenants.

Conclusion' If you like to be kept up all night, seeing young adults peeing on the trees early in the morning, having children running around, jumping around, swearing, by all means! then you can always come live there. It is not worth the rent.
