The management staff is aware that the B building has had and continues to have a
roach problem, but that doesn't neccesarly mean they will tell you about it. Although they have sprayed, Roaches are hard to exterminate. So,my advice is to have your apartment checked out before moving all your belongings in. Remember not all management staff has your best interest in mind and some can be very difficult to work with if a problem does arrive. So, just get things checked out yourself professionally. Especially if your planning on moving into any apartment in the B building.
