The Marina Club has been an undesirable living experience for me and my roommates. The grounds are not kept up, and maintanence does not fix problems (we called about a running toilet 2 months ago, still isn't fixed!). It is not well lit, and we always feel unsafe. There are loud neighbors and domestic violence that takes place just across the way from us. The apts are poorly insulated (raising the heating bill) and the glass windows fog up when you do laundry. Management is never on site and hard to get ahold of. I have lived in a few no so plesant places and this definitely is high on my list. Please don't be fooled by their move in specials. If you are young & single, or have a family, the Marina Club is not suitable for you.
