I was sexualy assaulted in the parking lot, My car was broken into, the window smashed in, and stolen all with in the year I have lived here. People stalk around the parking lot at night, and drug trafficing is still a huge problem!! They blame it on being close to pac Hwy. I blame it on managments lax approach to screening the incoming trash. Not a safe place for kids, or family. The play ground is all broken, and the pool is never open due to lack of up keep. Living here is literaly playing russian rulet with your life and personal property.

I concur. I have lived here for a while now and it went from bad to Worse! It took 6 months to get the lights fixed in the parking lot. There is open drug dealing, pandering, 3 shootings in 3 months, dogs crapping everywhere a manager who couldn't give a crap and once the door is closed you cannot get a hold of. Their excuse is call the police and the police say it is up to management to fix the problem. You can't get a hold of any maintenance people as they don't have pagers to call them. The tennants they let in are obviously unsavory but because they can show a "fake" id that is pretty clean they get in. Stay as far away from this place as you can. Oh now they have instilled a no smoking policy. Even in your own home? If I was a smoker I would have an issue with this. When do the micro chips come in. The children that do live here are rude, disrespectful and are outside all hours of the night. There is garbage thrown everywhere, oh ya, my favorite you find condoms on the stairwells.. need I continue... Stay Away!!!!! DUMP!!!!
