I lived at these apartments for a little over a year. When I moved in the complex was managed by a wonderful husband and wife team. When I moved out the complex was under new ownership and new management. The maintenance was less than good, and it took me 3 months and threatening to take them to court, to get them to replace the moldy wall that was under my bathroom sink. When I moved out I had 5 days left to get the rest of furniture out. When I came back for the rest, they had started the carpet replacement, and had my fold out couch tip on it side ( broken ) in the little kitchen with my table chars piled up on top. They broke so much of my furniture I had to leave it there. They later tried to send me to collections saying that I broke my lease and that I dump my furniture ( because I left the broken stuff behind ). I told the Collections agent when they called that my lease had expired 2 months before and that I had not signed a new lease. I also explained to him what they did to my furniture, and the Collections agent was appauled. I never thought I would hear myself say that!!! It was quickly dropped off my credit report and I never heard from the collection agent again, but it was a very horrible time for me, since the reason I had to move out in the first place was because my mother had died and I had to move into my mothers house to take care of my minor sister. The managers of the apartment complex new that as well. Nice place to live Huh ! I don't know if the ownership or management has changed since then, but you better hope so if you plan on living there..... I wouldn't recomend it !!!!!!!!!!!

Interesting to see your post so long after you left. It is now known as Watermark, and is converting to condos. After you left, the steadily went even further down hill. There were several ownership and management changes. I have been there since 1996, and am looking elsewhere. I may have lived on the other side of you, because my wall in the bathroom was also moldy, because a drain pipe from the third floor had broken and spewed sewage all over inside the walls. There is still damage to the linoleum and wall. It took a long time to get them to fix the leak.
There have been numerous tenants selling drugs, kicking in windows, breaking into cars. A recent manager herself was evicted.
Needless to say, the neighborhood is pathetic, and dangerous.
