The manager is always in the office eating and never has time to take a walk around the property. There are wholes in the fence around the property. There is dog poo every where you look. Small children running around all over the place unsupervised. The stairwells are smelly and dirty. The trash can is always over flooding. Trash all over the property. Loud music! That's just a few problems there off the top of my head. If you you want a nice place to live don't move to Regatta.

MOVE THEN! If you are so unhappy at Regatta, MOVE! Even if you are in a lease you will do whatever you have to if the place is that bad. More than likely you got in trouble for something you did and now you want to call the Manager out of her name just for doing her job. Grow up people! Use this website for what it is really intended for. Your complaints are not the truth. Oh, you also might want to look into some sort of English class; your spelling and grammar are embarrassing and undermine what you are trying to convey.

MAINTENANCE IGNORES PROBLEMS WHEN ADDRESSED! MOLD GROWING ON PROPERTY IN MULTIPLE PLACES! It seems that the maintenance personell only likes to mask the problems adressed by the tennants at this property and not fix them, allowing futher problems to continue for future tennants. Have also noticed trash around the property, including overflowing dumpsters, large amounts of dog poop everywhere, unsupervised children running in the parking lots, suspicious activity (possibly drugs) by neighbors. These are just a few off the top...WARNING WARNING WARNING! These apartments look like very nice places to live at first site, after you are there for a few weeks you will notice more and more on why you should have never moved here...

Hmmm. I've seen that "SROlYjGrgm2VnM-SactV" line on other reviews. I think people should have to enter some kind of code to post reviews just to make sure it's some knucklehead posting the same exact review to multiple properties with some kind of program. SOMEONE has a little too much free time on their hands.
