New Property Management took over in early 2008. They are a nightmare. We now live in a construction zone. 12 hour notices that pressure washing & painting will take place. 3 hour notice-to-enters. I eventually ended up changing my lock because my neighbors reported missing valuables. The painters painted over my door eye hole! They even painted the doors & window shutters ORANGE! The new office staff are horrible! Brandy King is a complete witch with a capital B, she'll screw you over like never before! Make sure you have proof, receipts, pictures, everything! She can't even spell Des Moines properly.

They revised how our utility billing will be in regards to water/sewer/garbage. They're making amendments to your lease without notice. WATCH OUT!

I lived in my apartment for 2 years, the carpet wasn't new when I moved in. Their carpet life expectancy is 5 years. I get a bill for $1,223 saying the carpet had 3 years remaining.

I'm just now beginning the dispute process with them and it's going to be ugly.

I suggest NOT moving here and looking elsewhere in the area. The overall price you pay is not worth it at all!

You can get FREE dispute help from the King County Dispute Resolution Center. They are awesome. They really helped me out when I had to dispute the water/sewer/garbage billing a few months ago. I no longer live at Saddlebrook and am glad I left, especially since I see things are just as bad, or worse since I left. Good luck. By the way, rental home prices are going down because of a bad home seller's economy. Think about moving....

TALK ABOUT PETTY, LETS GET OUR BILLS SRTAIGHT BEFORE WE CALL OUT ON SOMEONE ELSE. I PERSONALLY THINK THAT BRANDY KING IS WONDERFUL!!!!! THERE HAS BEEN SOME CHANGES YES, SO FAR IT HAS MADE OUR COMMUNITY A MUCH BETTER PLACE TO LIVE.

Not true! She's nice to residents, yes. Once you move out, she's a dog to you. I took excellent care of my home. The only problem is I had a minor bleached spot in the living room (very small) from a bleach leak. Nevertheless, she was terrible to me upon move out. Demanding I fork over the $1,223 right now. When I provided proof that the carpet wasn't new, she said she refuses to revise the final account statement and I eventually had to go to the actual property owner who then made Brandy revise it. The actual cost was cut in half just as it should have been!
